We recognise the need for early dialogue when planning your project, which is why we do charge fees until an Initial Notice has been registered and accepted with your local authority, taking the pressure of you whilst your project is in the planning stage.
MFA is aware of the pressures and constraints our clients work under and have designed our services to reflect this, applications are turned around without unnecessary delay, which for domestic projects is often the same or next working day.
